There is something powerful about opening the door to a space that is yours.
My first office space for Unmask Your Potential feels like more than four walls, a desk and a diary full of work. It feels like a decision. An investment. A commitment to myself, my work, and the people I am here to support.
Working from home has brought so many gifts, but finding the balance between work and home has not always been easy. The edges can blur. The kettle, the washing, the emails, the thinking, the caring, the dogs, all living in the same space.
So stepping into an office feels different.
It feels like arrival.
At 9am, saying hello to four people makes me tick. That tiny moment of connection matters. A smile. A voice. A shared “morning.” It reminds me that I am not working in isolation. I am part of something. I am around people. I am connected.
And my senses notice everything.
I see people moving through the building, familiar faces becoming part of my day. I see light, space, possibility, and the beginnings of a new chapter.
I hear voices, giggling, footsteps, doors opening and closing, the gentle soundtrack of life happening around me. It makes my heart sing.
I smell Temple Spa Spiritude in the office, a scent that already feels grounding, warm and familiar. A reminder to breathe, pause, and be present.
I taste coffee, and somehow that first sip feels like both comfort and momentum.
And I feel energised.
This space is not just about work. It is about creating the right environment to do meaningful work. It is about recognising what I need in order to thrive, not just survive. It is about connection, energy, confidence and calm.
At Unmask Your Potential, so much of the work is about helping people come back to themselves. To notice what matters. To listen to what they need. To make brave decisions that support who they are becoming.
This office feels like one of those brave decisions for me.
A place to think.
A place to connect.
A place to grow.
A place where potential has room to breathe.
