What’s guiding your leadership today?
And what might shift if you led with your want?
- Whose needs, growth, or wellbeing are you prioritising?
- Are you leading from a place of alignment—with your values, your purpose, your community?
- Are you serving your team, your students, your stakeholders… or external expectations, fear, or perfectionism?
Are you leading to uplift, empower, and connect—or to perform, appease, or control?
- Are there voices in your team, community, or self that aren’t being heard?
- Are you unintentionally suppressing creativity, dissent, vulnerability, or authenticity?
- Are you silencing your own want in favour of your should?
