Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start.
When something is in its infancy, a business, an idea, a life change, a challenge, or even a feeling you cannot quite name yet, you often don’t know what you don’t know.
That is exactly why the Unmask Your Potential drop-in sessions exist.
They are a starting point.
A space to connect.
A space to ask questions.
A space to be curious.
A space to sit, share and support each other.
Feedback from May 2026 reminded me just how powerful these spaces can be. Someone shared that it was good to simply sit together, talk, and support one another. That even when you think you know someone well, there is always more to discover. More story. More strength. More truth.
And sometimes, in those moments, you quickly realise who your supporters are.
Because not everyone needs fixing.
Sometimes people just need company.
A drop-in session is not about having all the answers. It is not about being told what to do. It is not about walking in with a perfectly formed question or a neat little problem to solve.
It is about conversation.
Tea, coffee, cake or fruit. A chair. A listening ear. A chance to breathe. A chance to be heard.
You might leave with:
A little more clarity.
A useful signpost.
A new connection.
A feeling of relief.
A reminder that you are not alone.
A fuller heart than the one you arrived with.
So, what do I do?
I listen. I share. I talk things through. I signpost. I offer services that support humans, real people with real lives, real challenges and real potential.
I bring a wealth of experience from education, leadership structures, supporting people, and lived experience of neurodiversity. I understand what it can feel like to be the square peg trying to squeeze into the round hole.
And I know how exhausting that can be.
It is much easier being yourself.
At Unmask Your Potential, my work is about helping people understand themselves, unmask what is getting in the way, and find ways forward that feel more aligned, more human and more manageable.
So many people still do not know what I do, or how I can support them, locally or virtually These drop-in sessions are a gentle, welcoming place to begin.
No pressure.
No judgement.
No fixing required.
Just connection, conversation and clarity.
Want things to feel a little easier?
